Sofian Ghezala specialises in Swiss civil and commercial litigation, handling both domestic and cross-border disputes.

Admitted to the Geneva Bar in 2010, he has been practising in Switzerland since then. He obtained an LL.M. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law in 2014.

Sofian Ghezala is also a Certified Specialist SBA (Swiss Bar Association) in Family Law.

His practice covers litigation before Swiss courts, with particular expertise in two core areas:

In family and succession law: he acts in divorce and separation proceedings, protective measures, complex matrimonial property regimes and estate-related litigation.

In commercial and contractual litigation: he represents individuals and companies across a broad spectrum of business disputes, including asset tracing and freezing measures, enforcement of judgments and arbitral awards, as well as banking and insurance disputes.

In addition, Sofian Ghezala regularly advises on domestic and international contracts, assisting clients in commercial transactions.
