Myriam Fehr-Alaoui joined Ducrest Heggli Avocats in 2011. She specializes in domestic and international litigation, essentially white collar crime, international mutual legal assistance in criminal matters as well as corporate litigation. She regularly assists and represents clients in complex multi-jurisdictional proceedings.
Myriam Fehr-Alaoui is a member of the Geneva Bar Association (ODA), the Swiss Federation of Lawyers (SAV/FSA) and the European Criminal Bar Association (ECBA). She served as an elected member of the Young Bar Committee of the Geneva Bar Association from 2014 to 2016 and sits on the Human Rights Committee of the Geneva Bar Association since 2015.
Myriam Fehr-Alaoui holds a Bachelor in Law (2009), a Master of Economic Law (2010), a Certificate of Transnational Law (2010) and a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Legal Professions (2011) from the University of Geneva.
