Admitted to the Geneva Bar in 2021, Florian Thiébaut joined our firm the same year.

Florian Thiébaut is mainly active in litigation, in particular White-collar crime proceedings, including matters related to International judicial assistance, Asset protection and Asset recovery proceedings, Banking and Contract related litigation. He also practices law in matters related to Enforcement of foreign judgements and awards and Arbitration. His degree in art history leads him to advise clients in art law matters.

Florian Thiébaut holds a Bachelor of Arts in French literature and art history (2016) and a Bachelor of Law (2017) from the University of Neuchâtel, a bilingual Master of Law (2019) from the Universities of Geneva and Basel and a Certificate of Advanced Studies in legal professions (2019) from the University of Geneva.
