Sofian Ghezala graduated in 2008 with a Master’s Degree in Law from the University of Geneva and was admitted to the Geneva Bar in 2010.

He also holds an LL.M. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, as well as the title of Certified Specialist SBA in Family Law, awarded by the Swiss Bar Association.

After seven years of practice with a renowned international law firm, Sofian Ghezala joined our Firm in 2018. His practice is dedicated to litigation, with a strong focus on two core areas:

In family law, Sofian Ghezala is highly involved in matrimonial proceedings, where he advises on divorce and separation cases, protective measures, the liquidation of complex marital regimes, international disputes, and prenuptial agreements. He also has extensive experience in inheritance law, providing guidance on estate planning and succession matters.

In commercial and contractual litigation, Sofian Ghezala represents clients in a wide spectrum of business-related disputes. His expertise includes handling insolvency proceedings, attachment and freezing of assets, enforcement of judgments and arbitral awards, insurance disputes, asset recovery, and labour law cases.

In addition, Sofian Ghezala frequently advises on domestic and international contracts, assisting clients as they navigate corporate transactions and other commercial agreements.
